Sometimes mistakes happen, we will do our best to correct it. If you receive an item in the wrong color or size please notify us within 714days of receiving the package and we will fix it for you as long as the jersey is in original condition.
You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped – please allow a couple days for processing. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 15 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. However, sometimes backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. Preorders take longer to ship as these have to be shipped from our offshore factory to our distribution center first.
If your order has been deemed undeliverable by the post office it will be returned back to us within 7 - 10 business days. If we can solve the problem, we will ship it back to you at no additional cost and you will receive another shipping email notification with new tracking information.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Jersey Champs cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

f your credit card was declined when you first tried to place your order, you’ll see a pending transaction in your account. Don’t fret! We do not capture funds for declined transactions, and this charge will automatically drop off your statement within a few business days.
